Burro was born from a need for local trash service in Taos, New Mexico.

With an established reputation for excellence and a serious commitment to happy clients, Greg Rach and Cat Legere, owners of Taos’ Abode Management needed a better way to handle the endless trash flow from the condo associations they manage, and had heard from so many local residents how they were not offered service due to being located on dirt roads. We also heard friends and neighbors frustrated with the long walk with the can from the house to the road, with many people expressing they had to ask others for help to physically move their trash cans those long distances.

We thought we might be able to offer something of value for our area.
